Clear crystals slowly form
Drop by drop the shape transforms
And soon the dormer sheds its autumn colours
for a winter coat

Icicles are one of a kind
Like the subtle song of wind chimes
Like you and me

Pure hearts and gleaming eyes
See through souls, nothing to hide
And all it takes is seeing icicles
to remind us of the child inside
